ACE Drawer Pack Features:
Heavy Duty Drawer Packs are constructed from 1/8" 5052-H32 marine grade aluminum throughout
Heavy Duty 250lb or 300lb capacity full extension, ball-bearing slides
Replaceable single or dual spring latches with optional chain-interconnect for one hand operation
Custom congurations are available upon request
In order for ACE to quote drawer packs we need to know the following:
Maximum outside width, depth and height – don’t forget to take into account the door latch obstruction
Number of drawers – we may need to adjust based on maximum height available for drawer pack
NOTE: Costs are more influenced by the total number of drawers than the size of the drawers – fewer, larger drawers will save you money.
Height of each drawer if they are different from each other – we may need to adjust based on maximum height available for drawer pack
Order of drawers bottom to top and which ones are most important for your application
Slide capacity MD (250lb nominal) or HD (300/500lb nominal) – when selecting HD slides minimum depth of drawer is 3” – when selecting MD slides minimum depth of drawer is 2”
Drawer latches (single on right or dual) – drawer packs 18” wide or less have single latch only
Top storage tray (bolt-on or integrated)
Riser stand – customer supplies height dimension to clear bottom door jamb – can be made higher to use for bulk storage
