Our custom boxes are considered to be the best in the industry because they come standard with the following:
Minimum of 1/8" construction (some items require 3/16” plate or double-plate reinforcement)
Tig welded externally for a quality appearance
Mig stitched internally for extra strength
Continuous rain gutter perimeter with 3/8" automotive bulb seal
Stainless steel continuous hinge or optional strap or bullet hinges
Huck bolts securing hinge to box and door (Not rivets as other manufacturers would use)
Stainless steel locking t-handles with dust cover
Available Options:
Slam Latches on Chest-Style Top-Opening Boxes
Smooth and Checker Plate Aluminum (or a combination of both)
Whale tail, HD Cam-lock, or stainless slide bar latches
