ACE Manufacturing offers one of the lightest load bunks to fit all trailers (average weight per bunk being 87 pounds).
Give us the specs and we will build it! Aluminum construction resists corrosion, while replaceable pressure-treated wood extends the service life. Galvanized bolt on steel tie down hooks ensure load bunk stability. Available with solid or floating pinning stakes.
Width is measured from INSIDE-OF-STAKE POCKET TO INSIDE-OF-STAKE POCKET
Load Risers and Stakes are manufactured using 5052-H32 & 6061-T6 aluminum. Stake Holder attachment is manufactured from aluminum and can be removed, replaced, or shimmed for adjustment purposes.
Chain Hooks are manufactured from Quench & Tempered steel that have been galvanized and can be removed or replaced if required.
